Business Opportunity Day Coming to Monroe Crossing
Monroe, NC (August 21, 2009) – Monroe Crossing is pleased to announce Business Opportunity Day planned for September 1, 2009. A series of 3 sessions will be held at 9:00am, 1:00pm and 6:00pm at the center for anyone interested in learning more about leasing space in Monroe Crossing. This is an exciting opportunity to learn how you can “be your own boss”.
Join representatives from Madison Marquette’s leasing, management and marketing team to learn more about our flexible long and short term leases and incentives, our proactive and sophisticated management team, year round event and promotions schedule and our unique merchandising mix that includes Belk, JCPenney, Sears, Chick-fil-A and Bath and Body Works.
“We are constantly evaluating and improving Monroe Crossing’s tenant mix to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the Union County community,” said Denise Browning, Leasing Director for Madison Marquette.
Monroe Crossing recently completed an extensive renovation to the center with a complete interior remodel that includes a custom marble center court, cherry in-lay ceilings with custom lighting fixtures and a new exterior façade.
Spaces available for lease vary in size and type. “We have spaces available that would be ideal for jewelry, apparel and restaurants. The opportunities are numerous based on what type of business you would like to open”, Kathy Trull, General Manager of Monroe Crossing.
Monroe Crossing recently added Xtreme Play, a children’s play center housing giant inflatable slides, basketball hoops, video games and is ideal for birthday parties. Also, slated to open this fall is Gibert’s Pizza, a specialty pizza restaurant that will also offer Italian style sandwiches.
