CAFÉ DON PABLO COMING TO MONROE MALL

Retail Offerings Continue to IMPROVE

Monroe, NC (July 25, 2007)Monroe Mall announced today that Café Don Pablo, specialty coffee franchise, has signed a lease to occupy 990 square-feet located at center court and is scheduled to open in early fall.  Monroe Mall is owned and managed by Madison Marquette.

 “Monroe Mall is a great fit for our concept,” said Fred Miller of Providence Restaurant Group.

“We are constantly evaluating and improving Monroe Mall’s tenant mix to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the Union County community,” said Denise Browning, Leasing Director for Madison Marquette.

About Café Don Pablo

Café Don Pablo is a purveyor of gourmet coffees, sandwiches, and desserts.

CDP Restaurants, LLC dba Café Don Pablo is a partnership between Burke Brands and Providence Brands. Burke Brands has been bringing coffee from the plantations of Colombia to the wholesale market and now is extending its gourmet product to the retail patron. This will be the first store in the franchise.  Providence Brands brings its expertise in restaurant operations, Back Yard Burgers and Taco Bueno, into the gourmet coffee arena.
