Monroe Mall to Host Flu Shot Clinic, October 20 2:00pm until 4:00pm.
Monroe, NC. October 9, 2006: It’s that time of year again, flu season. The Monroe Mall will host the Community Health Services of Union County for a Flu Shot Clinic. Please join us on October 20 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm to get your shot. The cost will be $30 or free for Medicare Part B recipients. If you are a Medicare Part B recipient you MUST bring your card to qualify. Medicare recipients may also receive pneumonia shots. Please wear short sleeve or roll-up type shirt. Pregnant women must bring an approval note from their doctor.
